The Challenge
Our client came to us with a portfolio of well-loved but declining pantry staples and a challenge: rebuild relevance.
We needed to uncover the real-life behaviors, beliefs, and barriers behind the down-turn, and identify the ones we could most meaningfully shift.
Path Forward
We started with a deep recite of existing studies, then partnered with the team to map known motivations and barriers across the marketing funnel. Finally, we rounded out our knowledge with a robust digital community featuring meal tracking to uncover the ”say-do” gaps at play in decision making.
Impact
Ultimately, we delivered a portfolio strategy and action roadmap that that left the team confident in their strategic path forward and immediate first steps towards rebuilding relevance for their brands.
