Jonathan Rodd

Jonathan is the Director of Strategy & Innovation based in our Boulder office. A recent addition to the company, his client side experience spans both the leadership of existing core brand portfolios within global packaged goods organizations and new to world product innovation.

During his career, Jonathan has worked for some of the biggest hitters in the packaged goods arena, including Unilever and Kraft.

Most recently, he led the charge as Chocolate Segment Director for Mars UK and was responsible for reversing a 10 year category decline, realizing the latent consumer affection for brands such as Snickers, Twix and Mars itself. While at Diageo NA, he developed the Smirnoff Twisted V FMB range, Smithwicks Irish ale and Smirnoff Norsk.
