Charity has been with Egg Strategy since 2002 and has spent a large portion of the last 2 years as the lead Senior Strategist on Royal Caribbean.  This has involved much onboard research on luxury ships in the Caribbean and Alaska.  Luckily for Charity, she keeps exceptionally fit, so those onboard chocolate buffets make no impact.

As well as knowing the cruise industry inside and out, Charity is an expert in health and wellness, with a strong background in brand marketing at sports and fitness companies including Nautilus, No Fear and the NHL.  She has used this experience to lead projects for Kashi, Celestial Seasonings and Noodles and Company.

One of our few Boulder natives, Charity makes full use of the outdoor playground, running, biking and hiking with her husband and two children.
