Caitlin holds the title of Associate Strategist and works in Egg’s Boulder office. Since joining the team in 2007 she has lent her energy, insight and enthusiasm to projects spanning from beverages to pharmaceuticals and just about everything in between.

Caitlin graduated from the University of Colorado with a degree in psychology and a minor in woman studies. Prior to joining Egg, Caitlin did research and assessments with at-risk children through Denver’s world-renowned Kempe Center. She now enjoys applying her psychology background and intense desire to investigate the emotional drivers of human decision making in the consumer realm.

While a Connecticut native, Caitlin has thrown herself wholeheartedly into becoming somewhat of a walking “Boulder cliché”. When not at the office, Caitlin can be found blazing the trails with her dog, desperately attempting to center herself via yoga, or hanging from the side of a rock in one of Boulder’s world-class climbing areas.
