As a recent addition to the Egg team, I hope to bring a different perspective to the operational and financial processes in place. I spent the last 10 years of my career at Quiznos Subs where I was part of their executive team gaining experience and providing guidance to their Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Distribution, Logistics, Strategy & Operations teams. In that role I must have spent way too much time talking with the marketing and culinary group about customers behaviors, which gave me the itch to join an organization, like Egg, where I can talk and play in that space more often. I guess you can say, I am a numbers guy that likes to spend time with the creative folks!
In my free time you can find me outside enjoying all that Colorado has to offer. In the summer and fall I can be found hiking or biking around town or enjoying a delicious micro-brew on a patio taking in the sunshine. In the winter and spring I spend every free moment in the majestic Rocky Mountains skiing any one of the beautiful mountains both inbounds at the resorts or getting lost in the wonders of the back country.
