In a world where we’re able to use the newest technology to follow the consumer more closely and into more places, this also means the opportunity to create entirely new sets of tools and thought processes for making sense of it all.
My biggest accomplishment has been to lead the analysis of a 100-day longitudinal study of 100+ consumers in a category that’s undergoing explosive growth. We spent the summer watching each individual story evolve, and used their experiences to build a true-to-life model of the pathway to engagement. In the end, we’ll have created an actionable innovation strategy that gives our client a strong advantage in this market.
Outside of work I try to get as far away from a screen as possible. Originally from Michigan, finding a spot on a lake with a grill close by is about as close to ideal as it gets for me.
