I spend most of my time on a mission to “figure things out.” I get most excited when challenged with bulky, multilayered, initially daunting problems then fight through to the simplest solutions.
I just wrapped up an exploration into an emerging category that shows the potential to revolutionize the way people have been interacting with an existing product for hundreds of years. We dug into the earliest adopters’ behaviors and motivations, and painted a path to success in a market on the verge of explosive growth.
Before life at Egg I worked for a brand strategy and innovation firm specializing in using the past to predict the future. Working with a collection of 100,000+ products spanning forty years and hundreds of categories, I was deeply immersed in the evolution of innovation and its potential for creating new opportunities.
Outside of work I try to get as far away from a laptop as possible. As a new cyclist, I'm usually found biking my way around Chicago looking for a good game of pool, finding a new spot along Lake Michigan, or just getting in the way of cars.
