I’ve been working at Egg for 8 years and while my official title is Director of Strategy and Innovation, I like to get fully involved in projects from the ground up. I’m as happy rolling up my sleeves on a screener or quant questionnaire as I am leading a global brand re-positioning workshop. I’m currently working on helping a major brand re-invent its food offering across the US and Canada, designing new product concepts for a baking and confectionary brand and tracking the appeal and growth of a $100MM new packaged goods brand across multiple continents. In my pre-Egg days, I was an Account Planner at BBDO in Canada where I worked on beer and communications brands. Before that, I worked in London as a qualitative researcher, primarily on beer, chocolate and packaged goods. Long ago, I was a carefree student at Leeds University in the north of England, where I studied economics and rowed in a crew at 6am on weekends. When not at Egg, I love snowboarding, discovering new music and British comedy. I’ve long since given up any attempt at serious fitness and instead absorb as much as possible through osmosis by living and working close to active people like my two young sons and fit wife.
