There’s nothing tagging along to get someone to talk about why they do what they do. To figure this out, we all spend as much time “in the field” as possible. We’ve joined consumers going through their shopping routines, eating habits, social events, doctor visits and even their exercise routines.
In addition, we often work to host our structured interviews in stimulating locations. From finding the perfect raw construction site for Pro Painters research to transforming a nightclub into a day-time research location for a luxury brand… nothing is beyond consideration.
We’ve also spent countless hours in private rooms of bars and restaurants for beer, alcohol and food companies, and long hours in medical facilities for pharma companies – whatever it takes to find or create the perfect location to fulfill the task.
