When we’ve got a big group of clients to observe our work, or when we are showing a big range of stimulus for optimization research, we’ll recruit the right participants to a research facility. From six strangers brought in for a product testing focus group to three girlfriends participating in exploratory triads, we pride ourselves in creating the right mood and the right stimulus for these sessions.
The large neutral locations provide us a blank canvas for our stimulating exercises. We fill the walls with images for our Fifty Faces Projective Exercise, build convenience-store shelf sets, and fill the tables with stimulus for brand sorts and perceptual explorations. With decades of fieldwork experience, there’s hardly a facility we haven’t visited… so we know where to go in virtually every major metropolitan city in the world.
