In his new role as COO, Mr. Trifiletti will be responsible for leading all back-end operations across Egg’s three offices to support all security and staffing needs. Over two decades ago, Mr. Trifiletti left the U.S Army and began a career in the marketing industry. Over the years, he has worked with brands like Crocs and Morgan Stanley and has acted in agency, consultancy, and corporate capacities. For the past six years, Mr. Trifiletti acted as Egg’s General Manager (GM) and in that role implemented several new processes that integrated operations and strengthened company performance across key metrics. “Dave’s acute knowledge of our business and commitment to increasing efficiencies and effectiveness has made him an incredibly effective leader; we’re eager to see where his leadership takes us next,” says Egg Founder and CEO Christopher Wilshire.
